1,Materials and structures
AF250: Generally refers to silver-plated or tin-plated copper core perfluoroethylene-propylene (F46) insulated mounting wire. This material has excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance and electrical insulation properties.
AFR250: It refers to silver-plated or tin-plated copper core polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film wound insulated installation wire. PTFE has higher heat resistance and chemical stability.
2. Temperature resistance performance
AF250: The rated temperature range is -55°C to +250°C, and it can withstand 300°C for a short period of time.
AFR250: The rated temperature range is from -55°C to +250°C, similar to AF250.
3. Voltage level
AF250: Rated voltage is 110V or 250V.
AFR250: Rated voltage is 110V or 250V, the same as AF250.
4.Application
AFR250: It is suitable for frequently bent environments and is mainly used for the connection of internal electrical equipment and instrument circuits in various aircraft, spaceships, armored combat vehicles, ships and other special-purpose equipment under high-temperature conditions. It is also applicable to heating appliances, PTC thermistors, temperature sensors, painting equipment, automobiles, etc
AF250: It is applicable to aerospace, electrical, telecommunication equipment and instrument and meter circuits, and is suitable for aircraft wiring, electrical, telecommunication equipment and instrument and meter circuits with an AC rated voltage of 600V and below in the aviation and electronic industries
